I was diagnosed with high grade IDC ER/PR positive/HER2 negative on 7/22/24. I'm scheduled for bilateral mastectomy on 9/18 and 4 rounds of chemo after. I'll likely have radiation. I won't know until after mastectomy. I won't do reconstruction until 6 months after radiation. I also had 2 additional biopsies which were benign that held up my treatment. I've been feeling what you're feeling here. It's terrifying. There hasn't been a single day without tears. I'm so afraid this will come back. I know this is an older video but it showed on my feed today. I hope this is all behind you now!

Ok finished thru the video with tote scan and def makes more sense. I am glad I didn’t leave the video. I use laundry baskets for my inventory but not listed. Gonna make some changes.

Sounds super confusing vs others but if it works for you…may be just the way you are explaining. Maybe it’s just me?

Sweetheart, i realize you don’t know me, but that doesn’t mean i can’t pray for you and pass encouragement to you and to let you know that anytime you want to yell and scream and say bad words please don’t hesitate put them down in a message and send them to me i can take it i told my mom the same but well i won’t go there. I can tell you’re a strong woman a fighter you got this lady please keep that fight up and keep it strong.

I went through all this with a 6 month old.. not fun with the drains etc, she would pull on them and they would tell me not to lift her but I’m like how do you not pick up your baby.. not very sensible. I’m stage 3 triple neg, found out right after I had my baby so I was pregnant with cancer, my obgyn at the time didn’t want to do any testing on the lump until after I had the baby and by that time my lump had tripled in size.. anyway also at the time of my mastectomy, they didn’t want to put in expanders even though I was about to have radiation and I couldn’t get a new plastic surgeon in time before my radiation or before my mastectomy surgery so that we could make the decision to use expanders, So I went through mastectomy with no expanders and radiation with no expanders. No pain meds either.. which I wasn’t in as much pain as I thought I would be without pain meds but now I have to go in for another separate surgery to get expanders and then go through the process all over again basically.. now my daughter is 14 months old and I’m so close to being at the finish line but it has been a difficult journey. I’m so thankful for my cancer team, and I never would have thought my obgyn that I had known for many many years would have waited 8 months for testing if he thought it was cancer, but he did and that’s how I got to stage 3.. ❤❤❤ nothing but love for you and pray you keep healing from this courageous journey!!

I was diagnosed in March 2024 with Invasive Acipcorn carcinoma… I’ve also elected to do bilateral mastectomy I have surgery July 1… any suggestions I appreciate 😢

I’ve been a nurse since 1992 & my journey has found your video. The comments I received were similar to yours. The mental toll is overwhelming & let’s be honest traumatic. The information out there in Canada (Ontario) is minimal. Most of the information pre, intra & post-operative was basically non existent. So glad to find your video to give myself validation that I felt what you felt. Physically, emotionally & mentally. It was absolutely horrible. I am 1.5 months postoperative. Expanders in & holy moly horrible. I’ll get my first fill this week. God help me

On March 29 of this year I was diagnosed with this invasive ductal carcinoma triple positive. It was the scariest day of my life. I’m on on my 4th chemo treatment and it’s really hard. Chemo sucks and the whole thing is like a nightmare to me, I wish you luck and best wishes ❤❤❤

You are correct: get sonograms with dense breasts! It took an MRI to find my 2nd IDC spot. Thank God the sonogram found the 1st IDC spot causing further looking. Dealing with it all now. DMX & Recon surgery in a few days. Trying to stay calm. Good luck to you.

Hope I was diagnosed with the same thing in October. I have been through chemo, surgery, now I am doing radiation and the Herceptin infusions. After the surgery (and they had to remove all the lymph node’s under my left arm pit) they said there is no sign of the cancer. But we are doing the radiation and Herceptin. Have faith! You are not alone we can all be your support team!

My breast cancer journey started August 2023. I noticed inverted nipple and small lump 6/10/23. Biopsy wasn't until August. You are the age of my daughter's and I am going on 64, now. I had invasive ductile carcinoma in left breast with lymph nodes. Try and take 1 day at a time. I have gone through chemo, a bilateral mastectomy with 3 lymph nodes (2/1/24), still having HER2 positive treatments (1/24-1/25) every 3 weeks. My 25 radiation treatments began 3/19/24- 4/22/24. Since my surgery, my pathology report came back negative for cancer, but I'm not sure I will ever will feel comfortable. My husband and family have been so supportive and my husband has been so strong for me. Hope, I will keep you in my prayers. Praying for God to heal your body. ❤

Hope, I had pre-menopausal stage 1 ductal with family history. I chose double mastectomy with no reconstruction. I have never spent one second regretting my decision of an aggressive surgery. I’m still here, 20 years later - with no stress or worry about scary mammograms or recurrence. Hugs to you! You will get through this! Accept all help offered. XXOO

My sister battled breast cancer for 10 years, it became metastatic and spread to her bones, lungs, spine. She died after 10 long years at the age of 50, I think it’s brave and a very good decision to remove your breasts, I feel like it will save your life. I wish my sister had done that but she never did.

I am grateful and thankful of you for sharing your courageous battle with this nasty illness. You are beautiful and brave, and we are sending you love and prayers along your journey. Did you go for diep flap or breast implants?

Just remember, manifests can be and are wrong. Make sure to research policies for refunds and returns when buying liquidation from these companies. It can be a huge gamble.

Can you video images ?

I just found i had dense breast tissue. I had my doctor do a mammogram which didnt pick up anything then did an ultrasound , biopsy ..with so many woman not having a mammogram pick up dense tissue which is super common we need to advocate for ultrasounds !!😢
